Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beast Hunt! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The game is unopened and the seal is intact

  • The product is in resellable condition with no damage to the box or contents

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened games

  • Games with visible damage or missing components

  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

🔁 How to Return

  1. Email us at moneerm@beast-hunt.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Pack the game securely and ship it back to us.
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.
